Warranty Policy

All Omega Ordnance products have a 5 year limited warranty which extends to the original owner. Upper receiver groups are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Omega Ordnance guarantees to correct any issues/defects in the firearm by replacing/repairing with the same or newer model components.

 

Omega Ordnance will not be held responsible for any deaths, personal injury or damages to property resulting in any mishandling or mistreatment of this upper receiver group for the use or treatment for which the upper receiver group was not designed. Omega Ordnance will not stand behind any warranty claims in which the upper receiver group was subject to improper handling, unauthorized tampering (adjustments and/or part replacement), neglect (corrosion & lack of care), and improper use of ammunition (wrong caliber, privately produced ammunition, or any combination of the two).

 

Omega Ordnance will not honor claims involving this firearm for any reason or cause when such claims are made by the second or subsequent owner.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping to and from Omega Ordnance's location unless a legitimate warranty issue is found, in which case shipping will be refunded.

Any third party items, such as magazines, ammunition, and scopes are not covered by our warranty.

Warranty will not cover functioning on any cartridge chambering that is designated to require an adjustable gas block or any non-standard functional component, eg. a different buffer or buffer spring. Omega Ordnance will, however, work with customers on a case by case basis to correct any function issues caused by adjustable gas blocks, buffers, or buffer springs.
