Return Policy

Please read the policy below to understand how Omega Ordnance handles returns on products after receipt. If you have any questions about the policy, please contact us.

All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. Any orders that have included the 50% non-refundable deposit will not have that deposit returned. We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem), custom engraved/laser etched items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense.

Orders being exchanged or returned to store credit will not be charged a restocking fee. To ensure your exchange is handled properly, please contact us at sales@omegaordnance.com.
